Prior to the Reliance Communications solution, the radiology company’s environment was disparate and managed separately. Worse, if one location were to be taken offline, then all calls that came in would be lost. The environment was subsequently expensive and inefficient to manage, particularly given the great distances between locations.
Once new solution was rolled into the company’s cloud, the benefits were immediate – if one location was experiencing an outage, then calls would immediately be re-routed to the next closest location. Furthermore, management was centralised to a single platform, providing much greater visibility across the environment, and a better standardisation of quality in terms of call quality and customer experience across the organisation.
